Terms of Service

Facadia provides AI-generated material analysis of residential house exteriors and lifestyle product recommendations. Use of the service is subject to these terms.

All material identifications, style recognitions, and confidence scores are AI estimates. They are not a professional building inspection, structural engineering assessment, fire-safety report, or formal builder quotation. Do not make material procurement, insurance, or construction decisions based solely on a Facadia report.

Each valid image analysis consumes one credit. Invalid uploads (selfies, interiors, documents, blurry images, etc.) and failed AI calls do not consume credits. Free accounts receive 3 credits per calendar month. Paid members receive 20. Extra credit packs are available for purchase.

Membership is billed monthly via Stripe at A$19 per month. You can cancel anytime; your paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund unused credits or partial months.

Some product recommendations are affiliate links. Facadia may earn commission when you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you.

Do not upload images of people, private interiors of properties you don’t own, or content that violates third-party rights. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Facadia disclaims all warranties and is not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI output.
