Privacy Policy

Facadia is an AI-powered residential facade analysis service. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the control you have over your data.

Photos you upload are treated as private user data. Each image is:

• stripped of EXIF and GPS metadata before any AI processing;
• stored in a private Supabase Storage bucket with no public read access;
• accessible only via short-lived signed URLs to the account that uploaded it.

Sanitised images are sent to Google Gemini Flash Vision solely to generate your material report. We do not share your photos with advertisers or affiliate networks. The AI output is informational only and is not a professional inspection.

You can delete any report from the Report page or History page. Deleting a report also removes the related private image from storage and marks the upload record as deleted. Original uploaded images are retained at most 30–90 days even without explicit deletion.

We retain anonymised structured material statistics (e.g. counts of roof types per month) for long-term trend analysis. These records never contain your user ID, email, GPS, exact address, raw image, or any data that identifies you or your property.

Supabase Auth stores your Google account email, display name, and avatar to identify your sessions. Your billing customer ID is stored when you purchase a membership or credits.

We never publicly display, sell, or share user-uploaded photos.
